Jo-anne is a customer service professional with over 20 years of experience in various roles, from direct sales to managing teams of customer service agents. Jo comes from a family background with extensive real estate experience and is inspired to help homeowners and homebuyers access excellent mortgage solutions. She has first-hand knowledge as a client of Rigden Mortgage Architects, a degree in Commerce from Dalhousie University, and recently passed the Mortgage Brokerage in BC Course, the highest bar for professional mortgage qualification in Canada. Jo-anne may be reaching out to help you complete the documentation on your next mortgage.

Mark is a communications professional with twenty years of experience managing projects of all kinds. He has a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and creating genuine relationships. Mark will be helping us communicate more systematically and proactively with clients and prospects. You will see his impact with more regular information updates, appointment scheduling, and requests for feedback/testimonials.
