Jo-anne is a customer service professional with over 20 years of experience in various roles, from direct sales to managing teams of customer service agents. Jo comes from a family background with extensive real estate experience and is inspired to help homeowners and homebuyers access excellent mortgage solutions. She has first-hand knowledge as a client of Rigden Mortgage Architects, a degree in Commerce from Dalhousie University, and recently passed the Mortgage Brokerage in BC Course, the highest bar for professional mortgage qualification in Canada. Mark Whaley

Mark is a communications professional with twenty years of experience managing projects of all kinds. He has a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and creating genuine relationships.
